BPA Care is semi-independant provider based in Portsmouth. Supporting young people in 24 hour units, shared and standalone accommodation.

We support young people 16 plus predominately care leavers and looked after children, specialising in providing tailored support and solutions.

We are expanding and are searching for the right people to be part of our growing team in Portsmouth and Hampshire . This opportunity is for part time zero hours contracts, available for those who want a little more flexibility.

If you are motivated to help young people achieve independence and not afraid of paperwork, then this may be of interest to you. This work involves safeguarding and supporting young peoples’ needs aged (16+), to help them develop the skills needed to be independent. Whilst this involves lone working in our 24hr units and semi independent accommodation, you would be part of a wider support team who work with the young people in all of our units.

You will need relevant qualifications in youth work and the social care sector with at least one year’s experience of working with looked after children, or similar sector experience with the relevant age group. You’ll join a strong supportive team who are committed to transforming lives whilst providing you with the support you need to help those in our care.

Rate of pay starts from £8 – £13ph based on experience and skills.
