About Us

Who We Are

We provide support and accommodation for care leavers & vulnerable adults aged 16 to 25 years.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the kind of care and support that will really make a difference by providing staff that will encourage independence and promote empowerment to their customers.

What We Do

We specialise in providing quality support staff and key workers for care leavers and vulnerable adults placed in stand alone units, semi independent units and 24 hour units across London and it’s neighbouring counties.

Our History

Key work Central was created after witnessing the often difficult task of providers of semi-independent and 24 hour units in searching for staff with the right experience and knowledge to assist their care leavers with life skills. With access to a number of staff that suitably fit this requirement, it was clear that the winners in bringing such providers and staff together would be the young people – and so we did.

Why work with us?

We consistently pay above the market average. Our minimum rate is always above the national minimum wage.

We supply workers to stand alone, semi-independent and 24 hour units and the young people that are looked after require varying hours of support. This means there is a great opportunity to choose the days and number of hours you want to work.

We provide free training to ensure the staff we provide are up to date with the latest legislation and good practice.

If you have a special talent that is recognised, there are always opportunities to progress to more responsible roles in particular within our sister company Street Support
